RRIL Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

RRIL Ltd, in accordance with its Code of Conduct and SEBI regulations, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for designated persons and their relatives. The closure will be effective from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
