R.S. Software Appoints New Internal Auditor M/s. Deoki Bijay & Co.

R.S. Software (India) Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Deoki Bijay & Co. as its new Internal Auditor, effective August 1, 2026. This change follows the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s. Chaturvedi & Partners. The Board of Directors approved this appointment on July 22, 2026. The new auditor's term will cover the Financial Year 2026-27. The resignation was due to logistic reasons, with the previous auditor completing their duties for the June 2026 quarter.
