RSD Finance Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

RSD Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the dissemination of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
