RSWM FY26 Emissions Down 40.5% YoY, Targets Net-Zero by 2050
RSWM Ltd. has released its Sustainability Report for FY2025-26, highlighting significant progress in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Key achievements include a 40.5% year-on-year reduction in Scope 1 emissions to 115,640 tCO₂e and a 21.27% decrease in total Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions to 415,230 tCO₂e. The company consumed 126.7 million kWh of green energy and 36,055 MT of biofuel, with plans to increase renewable energy sourcing to 70% by FY2026-27 and achieve 100% biofuel usage in boilers by the same year. RSWM also recycled 2,372 million PET bottles annually and treated/reused 2.05 million KL of water. The company has set a Net-Zero Emissions Target for 2050 and received an ESG Impact Rating of 70 (Good) from ICRA ESG Ratings.
