RSWM Ltd Approves Acquisition of LNJ Greenpet Private Limited for Rs. 20.01 Crore and Closure of Spinning Operations at Chhata Unit

RSWM Ltd, a LNJ Bhilwara Group Company, announced the outcomes of its Board Meeting held on 6th November 2025. The company approved the purchase of 100% shareholding in LNJ Greenpet Private Limited from Bhilwara Energy Limited at a total consideration of Rs. 20.01 crore. This acquisition will make LNJ Greenpet a wholly owned subsidiary of RSWM Ltd. The Board also approved the closure of spinning operations at the Chhata unit effective from 6th November 2025. The company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 were also approved and taken on record.
