RSWM Ltd Approves Purchase of LNJ Greenpet Private Limited, Closes Spinning Operations at Chhata Unit

RSWM Ltd, a company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, has approved the purchase of 100% shareholding in LNJ Greenpet Private Limited from Bhilwara Energy Limited. The purchase consideration is Rs. 20.01 crore, following which LNJ Greenpet will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Board has also approved the closure of spinning operations at the Chhata unit, effective from 6th November 2025. The Company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 have also been approved and taken on record.
