RTS Power Corporation Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarterly Results

RTS Power Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is for the purpose of declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Six months ended on 30‘ September, 2025. The trading window will be closed for all the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from 45t October, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated to the Exchange separately.
