RTS Power Corporation Ltd Reconstitutes Key Committees of the Board

RTS Power Corporation Ltd has announced the reconstitution of several committees of the Board. The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee have been reconstituted with new members, effective from 13.02.2026. The new committee members include Mr. Arun Lodha, Mr. Devesh Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Rajendra Bhutoria, and Mr. Abhay Bhutoria.
