Rubfila International Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Rubfila International Ltd, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure will commence from 1st April, 2026 and will remain in effect till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited financial statements for the Quarter / Year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
