Ruchira Papers Reappoints Cost & Internal Auditors for FY27

Ruchira Papers Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s Sanjay Kumar Garg & Associates, Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The Board also recommended to shareholders to approve and ratify the remuneration for the Cost Auditor. Additionally, M/s K.M. Aggarwal & Co, Chartered Accountants, was re-appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. These re-appointments ensure continued compliance with statutory audit requirements.
