Rungta Irrigation: Audited Results for Year Ended March 2026

Rungta Irrigation Ltd. has announced its audited standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the results in a meeting held on May 25, 2026. M/s. Mamraj & Co., Statutory Auditors, issued an unmodified opinion on the annual audited financial results. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sudhindra Seth as Internal Auditor and M/s S. Shekhar & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, M/s Shivam Grover and Associates were recommended as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
