Rushabh Precision Bearings Ltd has regularized the appointments of Ms. Namrata Sharma and Mr. Robert Moses as Non-Executive Independent Directors at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 02nd March, 2026. Ms. Sharma, an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional, and Mr. Moses, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience, will serve for a term of five consecutive years from 03rd December, 2025. Both directors are not related to any director of the company and are not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
