S Chand And Company Ltd Completes 100% Stake Acquisition in CPD Singapore Education Services Pte. Limited

S Chand And Company Ltd, a leading education solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in CPD Singapore Education Services Pte. Limited. The acquisition was executed by New Saraswati House (India) Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of S Chand And Company Ltd. The deal is valued at SGD 1,500,000 and is expected to be completed by February 28, 2026. CPD Singapore is a provider of education-support services and publishes school books in International Curriculum (IB/IGCSE) in Singapore. This acquisition fills a gap in the S Chand Group portfolio and increases its exposure to International Markets in Middle East, South Asia and SAARC. The transaction does not fall within the ambit of related party transaction and no Promoter/ promoter group/ group companies have interest in this transaction.
