S Chand and Company Limited reported its FY26 results, with revenue of ₹7,987 million, up 11% year-over-year, aligning with its guidance of ₹8,000 million. The company achieved an EBITDA margin of 18.1%, meeting its guidance range of 18%-20%, and a PAT of ₹731 million, up 21% year-over-year. S Chand also completed its first international acquisition, CPD Singapore, and announced an interim dividend of ₹4 per share. The company continues to be net debt-free with strong cash generation.
