S H Kelkar and Company Ltd Reports 16.3% Rise in Total Income for FY 2024-25

S H Kelkar and Company Ltd, a leading player in the global fragrance and flavour industry, reported a total income of ~ 2,147 crores for FY 2024-25, a 16.3% rise from the previous year. The company's EBITDA stood at = 297 crores with EBITDA margins steady at 14%. Profit After Tax (PAT) stands at ~ 73 crores after adjusting for one-off exceptional loss due to fire. The company's core fragrance division grew by 19%, while the flavours business rebounded sharply with 43% growth. The ingredients business also made significant progress. The company expanded its global footprint with the establishment of Keva USA Inc. and commissioning of a new Creative Development Centre in Germany.
