S H Kelkar Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

S H Kelkar and Company Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on November 02, 2026, approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Deepak Raj Bindra, Mr. Vasant Gujarathi, and Ms. Neela Bhattacherjee as Independent Directors for second terms. Additionally, Ms. Sumedha Karmarkar was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent). The limited review report from the statutory auditors was also enclosed.
