S H Kelkar and Company Ltd announced the release of pledge on 47,01,000 equity shares, representing 3.40% of its paid-up equity share capital. These shares were originally pledged by Keva Constructions Private Limited, a member of the Promoter Group, with Infina Finance Private Limited. The total pledged shares were 63,00,000 (4.55%).
