S. M. Gold Appoints SS Lunkad & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

S. M. Gold Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as its Secretarial Auditor. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on September 2, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The tenure for the auditor will be for five consecutive financial years, starting from FY 2026-27 and concluding with FY 2030-31. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. M/s SS Lunkad and Associates brings over five years of post-qualification experience in secretarial and legal matters, with exposure to SEBI regulations, Company Law, and FEMA.
