513515 Approves Q4/FY26 Results, Appoints Auditor & Director

The Board of Directors of ARUR FOOTWEAR LIMITED (formerly S R Industries Limited) met on May 28, 2026, and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Narender Singh was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Mr. Mayank Ahuja was appointed as an Additional Director, designated as Executive Director, effective May 28, 2026, subject to member approval. The Board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee.
