S & T Corporation Ltd. announced the unaudited financial results for the third quarter of FY 2025-26 and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The company has commenced operations in a new business segment relating to Trading of Textiles. The new segment is in the initial stage of operations. The segment information has been disclosed in accordance with the requirements of Ind AS 108 - Operating Segments. The financial results include the performance of this new segment from the date of commencement. The company's auditor, M L R AND ASSOCIATES LLP INDIA CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS, has conducted a review of the statements and expressed a conclusion that the accompanying statement prepared in accordance with the recognition & measurement principles laid down in Ind AS 34, Ind AS specified under section 133 of the companies act 2013 as amended, read with relevant rules issued thereunder & other accounting principles generally accepted in India, has not disclosed any material misstatement.
