S V Global Mill Appoints New Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

S V Global Mill Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Senthil Kumar and Sundararajan, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors for a term of five years. This appointment was approved by shareholders at the 19th Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2026. The new auditors will serve from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This follows the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. S. Viswanathan LLP, who had been appointed in the 17th AGM for a term of five years from FY 2024-25 to 2028-29. The resignation was effective from July 3, 2026. The firm Senthil Kumar and Sundararajan was founded in 2007 and has multiple branches.
