Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Ltd, has received and accepted an order worth INR 138 Crores for the supply of Solar PV Modules. The order comes from a renowned Independent Power producer/EPC Player and is a commercial contract. The execution of this order is expected to be completed by December 2026. This significant order underscores the growing demand for solar energy solutions and strengthens the subsidiary's position in the renewable energy sector. The company has confirmed that promoters or their group entities have no interest in the awarding entity, and it does not fall under related party transactions.
