SAB Events completes payments under NCLT-approved Resolution Plan

SAB Events & Governance Now Media Ltd has announced that it has successfully completed all outstanding payments to unpaid PPIRP Costs, Financial Creditors, and Operational Creditors. These payments were made within the stipulated timelines as per the Resolution Plan, which was approved by the Hon'ble NCLT via an Order dated July 10, 2026. The company's actions are in compliance with Sections 54K(12) and 54L read with Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) and other applicable regulations. The payments were executed to implement the Resolution Plan, under the guidance and directions of the Monitoring Committee, thereby fulfilling all payment obligations.
