NCLT Approves SAB Events PPIRP Resolution Plan

SAB Events & Governance Now Media Ltd has received an order from the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, approving its Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP). The approval follows the company's application filed on October 17, 2025, and is in accordance with Section 54L of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The resolution plan, approved by 100% of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) in their meeting on February 6, 2026, aims to address the company's financial distress caused by declining revenues, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on its MICE business, and liquidity issues stemming from substantial receivables. The NCLT order was placed on its website on July 10, 2026.
