Arigato Universe Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Nagpur. Additionally, the company has confirmed that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
