These errors pertained to the details of proposed allottees in a preferential issue of equity shares, specifically concerning their pre-preferential shareholding, status/category, and post-preferential shareholding. The company has submitted corrected particulars in Annexure-A, which supersedes the previous disclosures. The rectifications aim to ensure accuracy and completeness of information related to the preferential issue. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
