Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd Acquires Land for Luxury Resort Project in Udaipur

Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd (SSCL) has acquired approximately 23,300 square meters of prime land near Udaipur Airport for the construction of Samskara Udaipur, a flagship luxury resort project. The resort, set to open by 2027, will have upto 250 keys, 2 signature restaurants, a bar, a cafe, multiple swimming pools, 2 luxury banquets and event lawns, recreational activities, a spa, a gymnasium and a kids’ zone. The Company has an MoU with the Government of Rajasthan under ‘Rising Rajasthan’ for this flagship project. SSCL has established an office in Udaipur for the execution of the Company’s projects in the region, including the upcoming Samskara Jawai Leopard Reserve. The Company is expecting to become one of Rajasthan’s leading luxury hoteliers with over 700 keys in its Rajasthan pipeline over 3 locations — Jaipur, Udaipur, and Jawai.
