Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd Announces Rights Issue of Rs 55.96 Crores

Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has announced a rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares worth up to Rs 55.96 Crores. The decision was made in a board meeting on March 05, 2026. The funds will be raised from eligible equity shareholders as on the record date, subject to regulatory approvals. The terms of the rights issue, including issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, and timing and terms of payment, will be determined in due course.
