SSCL acquires 6070 sqm land, expands Samskara Udaipur to 29370 sqm

Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited (SSCL) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Samskara Resorts Private Limited, has acquired an additional 6,070 square meters of land in Udaipur. This new parcel adjoins the previously acquired 23,300 square meters, bringing the total landholding for the "Samskara Udaipur" project to approximately 29,370 square meters (about 7.26 acres). This marks SSCL's fourth land acquisition in the past 12 months, reinforcing its pipeline of luxury hospitality developments. The company plans to develop Samskara Udaipur into a palace-style luxury hotel with up to 350 rooms, featuring signature restaurants, event spaces, and wellness facilities. The property is strategically located near Udaipur International Airport and Taj Lalit Bagh. The enlarged land parcel significantly enhances the project's scale, design potential, and long-term value, aiming to make it a landmark hospitality destination and one of the largest properties in the region by room count.
