Saboo Subsidiary Gets Land Order for 300-Room Udaipur Resort

Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Samskara Resorts Private Limited, has received a land conversion order from the Udaipur Development Authority for its luxury hospitality project. The order pertains to approximately 23,310 square metres of land near Maharana Pratap Airport. The company plans to develop a luxury resort with up to 300 rooms, including amenities like restaurants, event spaces, and wellness facilities. This regulatory milestone allows the company to proceed with further planning, including building plan approvals. The project architect has been appointed, and construction timelines will be determined post-approvals.
