Sabrimala Industries Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Sabrimala Industries India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved and took on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the notice for the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 15, 2026, setting August 15, 2026, as the record date and August 29, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting. Additionally, the Board Report for FY 2025-26 was approved, along with the appointment of Mr. Loveneet Handa as Scrutinizer and CDSL as the e-voting agency for the AGM. M/s Rastogi Sunil & Associates were appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27.
