The aggregate shareholding of Vivek Raheja, Vidit Raheja (son), and Vanshika Raheja (wife) in Sabrimala Industries India Limited decreased from 12.21% (10,64,026 shares) to 9.81% (8,55,026 shares). This reduction of 2.40% is due to the sale of 35,000 shares by Vidit Raheja, purchase of 1,000 shares by Vanshika Raheja, and an off-market transfer of 1,75,000 shares by Vivek Raheja. The company regrets the delay in filing, attributing it to unintentional oversight, and assures no change in control or breach of open-offer thresholds.
