Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited announced its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. The company reported a loss of INR 1,199.67 crore for the quarter and INR 1,569.29 crore for the nine-month period. Legal disputes with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) over toll collection suspension and termination of concession agreements are ongoing, with a total claim amount of INR 19,379.20 Million and INR 19,287.10 Million for two subsidiaries, Rohtak Panipat Tollway Private Limited (RPTPL) and Rohtak Hissar Tollway Private Limited (RHTPL) respectively.
