Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December, 2025. The meeting will also consider other business matters. In line with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is closed from 1st January, 2026 and will re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results.
