Sadhana Nitro: Allots 6.75 Cr Equity Shares at ₹2.06

Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd has announced the issue and allotment of 6,75,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each on a preferential basis. The floor price, determined in consultation with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, is ₹2.05 per equity share based on the 90 trading days preceding the relevant date. The issue/allotment price remains unchanged at ₹2.06 per equity share, which is higher than the floor price.
