Crystal Business System Withdraws Registered Office Shifting Plan

Crystal Business System Ltd has announced the withdrawal of its earlier intimation regarding the shifting of its registered office. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 9, 2026, decided to cancel the proposed move from Paharganj, New Delhi to Civil Lines, North Delhi. Consequently, the company's registered office will continue to operate from its existing address at 37, Second Floor, Rani Jhansi Road, Motia Khan, Paharganj, New Delhi – 110055. This decision was communicated to stakeholders as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
