Safa Systems & Technologies Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, both on a standalone and consolidated basis. The meeting will also address any other business as decided by the board. Concurrently, the company has confirmed the closure of the trading window for directors, promoters, designated employees, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, which will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
