The appointment was made at a Board of Directors meeting on 12th February 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Mrs. Rajeswari A P is a Commerce Graduate with over ten years of experience in accounts and is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
