Safari Industries India Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 19, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025-26, if any. The trading window is closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are communicated to the stock exchanges, i.e., until May 21, 2026.
