Safety Controls & Devices Ltd: AGM Approves Financials, Director Re-appointment, Auditor

Safety Controls & Devices Limited held its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2026. Shareholders approved the audited standalone financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting also saw the re-appointment of Mr. Rajnish Chopra as Managing Director, who retires by rotation and was eligible for re-appointment. Additionally, shareholders approved a revision in remuneration for Mr. Rajnish Chopra, effective July 1, 2026. M/s. MMA & Partners were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. All businesses presented at the AGM were approved by the members.
