Trading Window Closure for Saffron Industries Ltd Shares

Saffron Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's shares. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain closed from 151 April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending 31 51 March, 2026. All Designated Persons, Directors, Designated Employees, Connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the company's shares during this period.
