Signature Green Corp Board Meeting on Aug 10 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Signature Green Corporation Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address the audit report for the same period. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also confirmed that its trading window remains closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, to prevent insider trading.
