Signature Green Corporation Approves Scheme of Amalgamation with Arvind Foods Limited

Signature Green Corporation Limited (formerly known as Sagar Soya Products Limited) has approved a scheme of amalgamation with Arvind Foods Limited. The board of directors in their meeting held on 05th March, 2026, have considered and approved the amalgamation, subject to necessary approvals from regulatory/statutory authorities and other stakeholders. The corporate restructuring committee has been constituted to act, represent, take decisions and undertake all necessary steps in relation to the proposed amalgamation. The appointed date for the scheme of amalgamation has also been approved, subject to regulatory approvals. A SEBI registered Merchant Banker has been appointed for obtaining a Fairness Opinion and an Authorised Representative has been appointed to represent the Company before stock exchanges, SEBI, NCLT and other regulatory/statutory authorities in connection with the proposed amalgamation.
