Sagar Systech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Practice and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
