Sagarsoft Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Sagarsoft (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the shares of the company. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's adopted code for the prevention of insider trading. The trading window will be shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The board meeting to approve these results will be scheduled and intimated in due course. All directors, key managerial personnel, connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares during this period.
