Sagility Acquires CareSeed to Boost AI Quality Operations

Sagility has acquired CareSeed, a U.S.-based healthcare analytics company, to enhance its AI-led quality operations and Medicare Advantage performance transformation. CareSeed specializes in NCQA-certified HEDIS quality reporting, medical record review, and regulatory analytics for health plans. This acquisition expands Sagility's capabilities in healthcare quality, HEDIS, and care gap orchestration, integrating CareSeed's cloud-native platforms, Forecast and Harvest, with Sagility's operational scale and AI expertise. The combined entity aims to provide an end-to-end quality operations continuum, helping health plans improve HEDIS performance, member outcomes, Star Ratings, and financial results, particularly strengthening Sagility's position in the mid-market payer segment.
