Sagility Ltd Recommends Final Dividend of ₹0.10 Per Share for FY2025-26

Sagility Limited's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 20, 2026. The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record as of August 7, 2026. The company has also provided detailed communication to shareholders regarding the applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) provisions for both resident and non-resident shareholders, outlining tax rates and necessary documentation, including PAN and Aadhaar linkage requirements. For resident individual shareholders, TDS will be 10% unless exempt, with no TDS if the total dividend does not exceed ₹10,000 and Form 121 is submitted. Failure to provide valid PAN or link Aadhaar may result in a higher TDS rate of 20%.
