Sagility Q1 FY27 Revenue Up 27.6% YoY to ₹19,635 Million

Sagility Limited reported strong unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27 ended June 30, 2026. Revenue surged by 27.6% year-on-year to INR 19,635 million (US$ 207.8 million), with organic growth at 27.3%. Adjusted EBITDA grew 27.9% YoY to INR 4,716 million, representing 24.0% of revenue. Adjusted PAT increased by 35.1% YoY to INR 2,697 million, at 13.7% of revenue. The company also secured $35.3 million in steady-state ACV and added 27 new clients, including the acquisition of CareSeed, expanding its client base to 109. Sagility was recognized in several industry assessments for its performance in healthcare CXM, RCM, and clinical/care management.
