Sagility Q2 FY27 Revenue Up 22.5% YoY to ₹20,321 Million

Sagility Limited reported strong unaudited financial results for Q2 FY27, with consolidated revenue reaching ₹20,321 million (US$ 212.6 million), a 22.5% year-over-year increase (12.2% in constant currency). Organic growth was 22.2%. Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹5,353 million (26.3% of revenue), up 23.0% YoY, and Adjusted PAT was ₹3,254 million (16.0% of revenue), up 8.1% YoY. For the half-year ended September 30, 2026, revenue grew 25.0% YoY to ₹39,956 million. The company also secured $40.2 million in ACV, added 28 new client groups, and acquired Chirok Health LLC to boost its provider segment. Sagility declared an interim dividend of ₹0.15 per share.
