Aeroflex Neu Appoints Two Independent Directors for 5 Years

Aeroflex Neu Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Arpit Kalani and Mr. Tapan Tanmay Kothari as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The appointments were approved by shareholders at the 34th Annual General Meeting held on August 25, 2026. Mr. Kalani brings expertise in secretarial practices and corporate compliance, while Mr. Kothari offers an MBA and M.Com with diversified experience in banking, administration, sales, and event management. The company also approved a modification in the first object of a preferential issue to align with emerging business opportunities.
